Special  Educational

Needs And Disability (SEND)

What We Do

Most mainstream teachers at all educational stages  (nursery, primary, secondary and post-secondary) have very limited, if any, training and experience of special educational needs. At the same time, they are faced with the challenge of meeting all the different educational needs of the children in their classes.

At De-Charles Resources, we specialise in inclusive technology in Educational; researching, training and supporting schools with Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) teachers and teaching assistants.

Our mission is to work with schools and to ensure that children and young people with learning disabilities, mental or physical support needs, are given the opportunity to learn.

Our SEND courses we offered in-house and online. The aim is for these courses to become more standardised in mainstream education, as the teachers and Teaching Assistants are meeting these needs every year.  The courses will be open to both mainstream, SEND settings as well as the wider public.

Our team

Some of our education staff members are parents of children with SEND. This not only makes us passionate about the area but we are also experienced and highly trained. Our teachers and Teaching Assistants are all trained and qualified to carry out the tasks required of them in schools; and we pride ourselves on placing quality and highly skilled staff in the settings. The same we would want for our own children.
