What We Do

Empowering Education with Inclusive Technology

Most mainstream teachers across all educational stages—nursery, primary, secondary, and post-secondary—often have limited, if any, training and experience in addressing special educational needs. Despite this, they face the challenging task of meeting the diverse educational needs of all students in their classrooms.

At De-Charles Resources, we specialise in inclusive technology in education, focusing on researching, training, and supporting schools with Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) teachers and teaching assistants. Our mission is to collaborate with schools to ensure that children and young people with learning disabilities, as well as those requiring mental or physical support, are given the opportunity to thrive academically.

We offer comprehensive SEND courses both in-house and online. Our aim is to make these courses a standard part of mainstream education, equipping teachers and teaching assistants with the necessary skills to meet the needs of their students each year. These courses are available to educators in mainstream and SEND settings, as well as to the wider public.

Dedicated and Experienced Education Staff

Many of our education staff members are parents of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This personal connection fuels our passion and commitment to this field. Our team is not only highly trained and experienced but also deeply understands the unique challenges and needs of SEND students.

All our teachers and teaching assistants are qualified and skilled in performing their roles effectively within school settings. We take immense pride in placing only the most capable and dedicated staff in educational environments, ensuring the same high standards of care and expertise that we would want for our own children.
