Recruitment Process

To ensure security and safety in homes, all our trained and conscientious carers are subjected to rigorous interviews using the following criteria:

• Identification – passport checks
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Qualifications verification
• Employment reference checks – two most recent employers or college tutors
• Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) Checks
